The raw materials for the core of welding materials include various mineral powders, ferroalloy powders and chemical raw materials. Some of these raw materials have significant differences in specific gravity. No matter how traditional mixers mix them, they cannot achieve uniformity. Through the superimposed mixing principle of the dual motion mixer, thorough mixing can ensure that each component is evenly distributed and guarantee the stability of welding material quality.
We helped the company solve the problem of adding and mixing trace elements. Their products production involves a variety of alloying elements, with a very small proportion of silicon-manganese alloying elements added. Only by uniformly mixing these alloying elements into the main powder can the chemical composition and properties of the weld metal be kept consistent during welding. However, traditional mixers rely on a single principle of gravity convection diffusion(Like V mixer, Double cone mixer,3D mixer) or forced shear stirring for mixing(Like ribbon mixer and Screw conical mixer). It is simply impossible to mix evenly. Our dual motion mixer with built-in forced shearing and stirring blades is selected to fully and evenly disperse and distribute the alloy trace elements.
This is attributed to the advanced mixing structure and principle. The mixer barrel has no dead corners when 360degrees rotary. The material undergoes gravity convection and diffusion inside the barrel. Meanwhile, there are full-sized blades inside that forcibly shear and blending the powder at different speeds in the same direction, fully breaking up and dispersing the material, and ensuring that the particles are evenly and thoroughly dispersed between each other. In addition, the mixing time has been significantly shortened, greatly enhancing production efficiency.
